• Key Responsibilities Include:
• ✔️ Adherence to statutory legal & labor compliances (Factories Act, CLRA, etc.)
• ✔️ Ensuring EHS & safety compliance, incident prevention committees
• ✔️ Contractor management & performance evaluation
• ✔️ Canteen, housekeeping, transport & guest house management
• ✔️ Liaison with government authorities and statutory bodies
• ✔️ Redressal of workmen grievances, union coordination
• ✔️ Shop floor HR & Admin management
• ✔️ Horticulture & facility management
• ✔️ Preparation and adherence to HRIR/Admin budget
• ✔️ MIS handling and timely statutory returns
• ✔️ 5S implementation and audit readiness
• What We’re Looking For:
• 🔹 Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• 🔹 Hands-on experience in plant HR/Admin operations
• 🔹 Excellent coordination and communication skills
• 🔹 Ability to handle multiple responsibilities across IR, Admin, and Safety functions

• Process knowledge of SPM design & development for Connector assembly line, special Tools, and Jigs & Fixtures. ·
• Strong knowledge in Pneumatic parts required for Automation, Knowledge of PLC Programming, integration of ·
• LVDT, Various Sensors, Stepper Motors, Servo Motors etc. ·
• Extensive knowledge of standard automation components like motors, pneumatic components, and accessories and its maintenance.
• Prepare & maintain necessary documentation related to mfg. processes like PFD, PFMEA, list of equipment, list of SC, CC characteristics, floor plant layout.
• Carrying out necessary Process Validations and finalize process parameters.
• Interfaces with internal departments (Manufacturing, Quality, Sales and Purchase) to ensure design objectives are met in a timely manner and assists by providing product information and engineering samples.
• To plan, execute, review and control various activities affecting quality of product, process and system in his area.
• Support department initiatives by working with other engineers to solve problems and fulfill initiative requests from Engineering Management.
• Supports current product with continuous improvement and supports resolution of customer issues by Quality or Engineering. Understand, support, and contribute to TS16949, ISO 14001 Systems by following approved policies and procedures.
• Explore new suppliers; Technically evaluate suppliers for requirement of developing Processes, Production line fixtures, Machines, Testers, Process Automation.
• Performs other related duties as required by management.

• 2. Cost Comparison with ZBC at our end for better negotiation
• 3. Negotiation – RM Base, Process Base, Packaging, Transit
• 4. RM and Forex Price Amendment as per contract with supplier
• 5. Cost Down activity (Localization, Alternate Sourcing, VAVE)
• 6. Arranging RFQ for CAPEX item and user Mentioning technical details of requirement. ➢ Negotiation with vendor for Project Cost. ➢ Cost comparison and negotiation on the behalf of internal target cost
• 7. Maintain the Capex Budget as per investment at supplier and Inhouse from top management for coming FY.
