Job Profile
1.DAILY PRODUCTION PLANING AS PER PPC PLAN AND THEIR EXECUTION. 2. MANPOWER HANDLING WITH POSITIVE LEADERSHIP ATTITUDE. 3. DAILY ENSURE OK WORKING CONDITION & MACHINE AUTONOMOUS MAINTENANCE OF ROBOTS, SERVO DRIVE, SERVO TRANSFORMER, MIG MACHINE SET UP, TIG MACHINE SET UP. 4. CONTROL ON MIG BRAZING WIRE CONSUMPTION. 5. MAINTAIN AND ENSURE POKA YOKE WORKING. 6. HOURLY MONITORING OF MACHINES AND FILL THEIR CHECK SHEET. 7. PRODUCTION PLANING IN ANY ABNORMAL CONDITON OF MACHINE. 8. REDINESS PLAN OF ROBOT CELL AS PER REQUIREMENT. 9. MONITORING OF ARGON AND AIR PRESSURE. 10. ADHEREENCE OF SAFETY POINTS DURING THE PRODUCTION. 11. 5S MONITORING ON SHOP FLOOR AND SAFE WORKING CONDITION. 12. SUGGESTION & KAIZEN TARGET ACHIEVE. 13. DAILY RECORD OF 4M CHANGE MANAGEMENT.

Job Profile
1. 5 ‘S’ on standard room. 2. Inspection of Components ,gauges ,fixture through CMM 3. Coordinate with external anciencies for external calibration of instruments of all dept. 4. Conduct the internal calibration of all dept. 5. Conducting MSA study. 6. Maintaining history card of instrument ,gauges. 7.Conducting Lab activities. 8.Responsible for Revalidation / Layout report as per plan. 9.Responisible for monthly QRM. 10.Responsible for inspection of new part / existing part / Sample parts.
