Job Profile
1.CNC Machining: Handle machine breakdown. Overall machine trouble diagnosis with different control (e.g. Fanuc CNC, Mitshubishi PLC) available in CNC/ SPM machine. Equipment maintenance of Fanuc Robot, Mitshubishi HMI, VFD, Servo, Basic of hyd. & pneumatics. 2.Must have awareness about ISO9001, ISO14001. 3.Predictive/ Preventive maintenance planning and execution. 4.CBM – Vibration analysis ISO cat 1/NDT level 1 & have knowledge of CBM tool / tech. used for analysis of noise/ vibration/ current trend monitoring & anomaly detection. 5.Spare parts planning – M/C maintenance spares planning. Sound knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Power Point is required for preparing MIS & presentations. Candidates with automobile industry experience are preferred.

Job Profile
Management of Inbound & Outbound Operation of the warehouse. Work with 3PL company to ensure the daily, weekly & monthly KPI achievement. Work with other related departments to ensure the availability of resources for smooth operation. To ensure the achievement of Inbound Speed for receiving, packing & binning area. To ensure the achievement of delivery speed to customer for daily orders [ Both Urgent & Stock Orders] To ensure 5S, Safety & Management of Warehouse Facility and work with related departments to achieve the same. To make the daily manpower planning with the 3PL company and prioritize & allocate the work as per the business requirements Requirements: 3-5 Years of work experience within the warehouse, preferably from Auto Industry Must be able to speak, read & write Kannada Language Minimum 60% throughout academics
