Job Profile
We need a competent person with Lean / Kaizen mindset to drive the Electro pneumatic Product lines for Air brake systems, HVAC , heavy-duty Electric Panels, Power Electronics products like Convertors & Invertors, Switchgears, Perfect Watches, PCB Assembly, Industrial grade UPS, Tachograph, VCBs, Precision Machining tools, products for Traction and industrial application. Processes are assemblies, inspections, testing’s , gluing. Focused on increasing production, Troubleshooting & minimizing downtime, & maximizing overall shop efficiency . Able to read blue prints/ drawings of pneumatic, hydraulic, electro pneumatic , Electrical circuits. Our esteemed clients include Indian Railways, DMRC and other Metro Rail Corporations pan-India. 1. Surface Mount Technology (SMT) manager who can lead complete SMT line, processes, daily production and team. 2. Having hands on experience and responsible for all SMT line machines (Paste Printer, Mounter, Reflow, AOI etc.) Programming, Operation, Maintenance and Handling. These cards are programed for pneumatic control systems . Good understanding on Pneumatic systems . 3. Through-hole processes knowledge, Wave soldering/selective soldering profiling knowledge. 4. Stencils, support block, support pallets, wave soldering pallets development knowledge. 5. ERP Oracle working experience. 6. IPC soldering certification required. Knowledge of rework/repairing of rejected PCBA’s with dedicated devices, machine and instruments. 7. Sorting out SMT machine breakdown to ensure smooth production. 8. Responsible for production while maintaining quality standards, daily MIS and production report preparation for management. 9. Maintaining SMT area standards/environment. 10. Provide training to new employees/Operator for smooth production and reduce process rejection. 11. Ability to diagnose the trouble in the electro pneumatic assemblies. Functional Competencies:- 1. Manpower and production planning with PPC. 2. Reflow, wave soldering profiling. 3. Gerber analysis, pick and place data understanding. 4. WI/OPL preparation and updating as per requirement. 5. Rejection and Inventory management
