• Key Responsibilities : –
• Ability to lead and mentor the team.
• Strong Fundamentals in Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics, Automotive.
• Ability to work with different design groups and testing teams to understand calculation requirement.
• Good knowledge in Under hood flow thermal simulation, Exhaust system, air intake and Engine cooling simulations.
• Hands on experience in using STAR CCM+ / Ansys fluent & GT Suite.
• Simulation process Automation.
• Performing CFD Simulations and suggesting countermeasures.
• Responsible for Project Planning, Reviewing, Design optimization.
• Good Testing exposure and knowledge of testing standard ·
• Good knowledge in Internal and external flows, Conjugate heat transfer, Moving reference Frame (MRF), Heat load modelling, Steady state and Transient simulation. Correlate CFD Results with Test Results.
• Skills:-
• 1. Should possess good communication skills.
• 2. Should have a thorough Technical / Market / Competitor Knowledge.
• 3. Should have analytical bent of mind.
• 4. Should have a sound academic background.
• 5. Should be open and flexible to travel / Relocate.
• 6. Should be able to work under stress / pressure.

• Mechanical Responsibilities:
• 1. New Vendor development – Manufacturing / Proprietary commodity.
• 2. New Part Development & Procurement of machining, proprietary and casting commodity.
• 3. Alternate development and sourcing of mechanical parts.
• 4. Introduction of New suppliers as & when required to ensure timely delivery of new products.
• 5. Evaluating vendor performance based on QCD (Quality, cost and Delivery).
• 6. Ensuring follow up for delivery with vendor as per target date.
• 7. Learning new technologies and stay alert to new trends and developments in the Industry.
• 8. Coordination with SQA, finance and FAI team to ensure smooth supply.
• 9. Drawing feasibility study of manufacturing parts with supplier and technical closure.
• 10. To ensure timely development to meet project timelines.
• Technical Requirements:
• 1. Vendor Base Knowledge of Railway Products like Brake System, HVAC, VES, Door etc.
• 2. Basic knowledge of inspection instruments and Quality standards.
• 3. Basic Knowledge of Oracle in MM Module.
• 4. Proficient in Ms. Office and Excel.
• Electrical Responsibilities:
• 1. Vendor development of Electrical, Electronics and Proprietary commodity.
• 2. Development & Procurement of Electronic, electrical, proprietary parts and customization of standard products .
• 3. Alternate development and sourcing.
• 4. Introduction of New suppliers as & when required to ensure timely delivery of new products.
• 5. Evaluating vendor performance based on PQD (Product/ Quality/ Delivery).
• 6. Ensuring follow up for delivery with vendor as per target date.
• 7. Learning new technologies and stay alert to new trends and developments in the Industry.
• 8. Coordination with SQA/FAI Team/finance to ensure smooth supply.
• Technical Requirements:
