Job Profile
  • Roles and responsibilities: –
  • 1. Responsible for planning & achieving the key factory KPI’s set by management.
  • 2. Regularly communicate with China team for Interpretation & understanding the requirements of lean elements as per different maturity level.
  • 3. Fix & plan actions which are required to achieve the required maturity level.
  • 4. Collaborate with different departments for the clarification of requirements & plan for execution of activities.
  • 5. Track & monitor the progress made in each lean elements & take timely actions to rectify the abnormal situation.
  • 6. Arrange, provide relevant trainings to other functional departments to improve their skill level.
  • 7. Coach operations, support and department lean teams to apply lean principles.
  • 8. Weekly/monthly management review meetings to update the progress done and next actionable items.
  • 9. Knowledge about the new line setup process & understand the layout for line configuration/process.
  • 10.Experties in time study & motion study.
  • Job Qualification :-
  • 1. Driving continuous improvements activities using Value stream Mapping.
  • 2. Changeover standardization using Quick Changeover (SMED) & OEE (6 big losses).
  • 3. In-hand working experience on PFMEA.
  • 4. Basic problem-solving tools like 7QC tools, 5-Why Analysis, PM Analysis etc.
  • 5. Error proofing concepts/Poka-Yoke/Mistake-proofing, LCA(Low Cost Automation).
  • 6. Other basic lean tools like 5S, Kaizen etc.
  • 7. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • 8. Must be proficient in using Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
  • 9. Must be proficient in AUTOCAD
  • Note:- Candidate must have good experience of SMED and VSM Projects
