Job Profile
  • Responsible for planning & achieving the key factory KPI’s set by management.
  • 2. Regularly communicate with China team for planning and materials management.
  • 3. Fix 6 weeks rolling PLAN.
  • 4. Yearly department KPI project responsible & its achievement.
  • 5. Platform construction for department KPI achievement.
  • 6. Projects leadership skill.
  • Technical Skills & Capabilities:-
  • 1. Problem-solving tools like production plan management, 4M resource management.
  • 2. Continuous improvements for balance production plan in production planning management.
  • 3. SKU achievement responsible to satisfy customer demand (Lean projects leadership).
  • 4. Materials demand planning and follow up its scheduling.
  • 5. Other basic knowledge about import custom clearance process & tracking ability from china factory.
  • 6. I PLAN logic understanding.
  • 7. WIP turnover control management. (cost effective KPI)
  • 8. Must be proficient in using Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
