Job Profile
  • We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Purchase with hands-on experience in SAP to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in vendor management, sourcing strategies, and purchase order processing within the SAP environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:-
  • (1) Manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned categories.
  • (2) Create and manage purchase orders in SAP.
  • (3) Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • (4) Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
  • (5) Ensure timely delivery of materials and coordinate with internal departments.
  • (6) Maintain vendor records and evaluate supplier performance.
  • (7) Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Requirements:
  • (1) 4–7 years of relevant experience in procurement/purchasing.
  • (2) Strong working knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) module.
  • (3) Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
