Subject:- CV for Mould Development
Job Profile
  • New Mould Development of Plastic Injection Mould and validation process.
  • Planning for new mould trial and validation.
  • Mould modification work per customer requirements.
  • Feasibility review, drawing comparison of new product.
  • Preparation of ECN / ECR.
  • Track spare procurement by coordination with supplier.
  • Process audit plan and execution.
  • Know-how of plastic material and their processing knowledge.
  • Defect analysis and their counter measure required.
  • Customer handling, Procurement, Project planning, Customer Acquisition.
  • RFQ-Request for Quotation, Enterprise Resource Planning, Material Requirement Planning
