• Spark Minda, a leading name in the automotive industry, is looking for a dynamic and committed HR & Admin/IR professional to join our team and drive operational excellence at the plant level. Are you passionate about compliance, safety, and efficient plant administration? We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive professional to join our team and ensure smooth operations across our plant facilities.
• Key Responsibilities Include:
• ✔️ Adherence to statutory legal & labor compliances (Factories Act, CLRA, etc.)
• ✔️ Ensuring EHS & safety compliance, incident prevention committees
• ✔️ Contractor management & performance evaluation
• ✔️ Canteen, housekeeping, transport & guest house management
• ✔️ Liaison with government authorities and statutory bodies
• ✔️ Redressal of workmen grievances, union coordination
• ✔️ Shop floor HR & Admin management
• ✔️ Horticulture & facility management
• ✔️ Preparation and adherence to HRIR/Admin budget
• ✔️ MIS handling and timely statutory returns
• ✔️ 5S implementation and audit readiness
• What We’re Looking For:
• 🔹 Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• 🔹 Hands-on experience in plant HR/Admin operations
• 🔹 Excellent coordination and communication skills
• 🔹 Ability to handle multiple responsibilities across IR, Admin, and Safety functions
