Job Profile
  • Daily work management & production planning.
  • Time study , capacity planning
  • Looking out KANBAN activities.
  • Daily v/s actual plan, Inventory control
  • Value stream mapping
  • Interaction with customer & internal department
  • Resource planning, Inventory control (i.e. kanban system),time
  • studies/motion studies, line balancing, SWC, productivity Improvements
  • Overseeing production-related/Supporting tasks including Planning,
  • Effective Control and Trouble Shooting.
  • Capacity calculations, Ergonomics studies.
  • Gap analysis, continuous improvement/problem solving.
