• Develop and implement a region-wise growth plan to increase existing revenue by 2X over the next 5 years.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within north region PV customer (namely MSIL & HCIL).
• Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies for the New technology products of the group (example – CDC, ARHUD, Sunroof, ESCL, Cluster, Infotainment etc. and various EV related products).
• Align strategies with assigned customers and account plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
• Lead account investment activities, including business case exhibitions, customer value propositions, and customer visits.
• Ensure the execution and periodic review of account strategies.
• Understand and analyze customer needs across groups product lines.
• Bundle and tailor solutions to provide integrated offerings that meet customer requirements.
• Manage the generation and conversion of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for new and breakthrough products.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to RFQs and drive conversion rates.
• Gather and analyze information on competitors’ presence and activities within key accounts.
• Develop strategies to counteract competitive threats and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Negotiate with customers to improve product contributions, margins, and overall profitability.
