• 1. Statutory Compliance –
• Ensure adherence to all relevant labour laws and regulations.
• Manage and update HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
• 2. Audit and Monitoring – Perform regular audits and monitoring to identify and address compliance issues.
• 3. 5S and Kaizen implementation. Lead Kaizen (continuous improvement) initiative to enhance HR process, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.
• 5. Lean Data Preparation
• Develop and maintain efficient processes for data collection and reporting.
• Implement lean methodologies to streamline HR Data management.
• Analyses and interpret data to support decision making and improve HR practices.
• 6. Scrap Management
• Oversee the management of scrap materials, including inventory and disposal processes.
• Implement procedures for tracking and reporting scrap to minimize and reporting scrap to minimize waste and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• 7. Documentation
• 8. Prepare Monthly/Weekly MIS
• 9. Technical Skills •
• Demonstrate proficiency in excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Utilize PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
• Apply advanced features in Excel and PowerPoint to enhance reporting and presentation quality.
