Eligibility Criteria
Qualification :- Diploma / B. Tech
Designation :- Executive/ Associate Manager 
Department :- Power Train Machine Maintenance
Experience :- 03 to 05 years 
Location :- Tapukara, Rajasthan
Pay Scale :- Depend on Interview & Current Salary
Job Profile
  • 1.CNC Machining:
  •  Handle machine breakdown.
  •  Overall machine trouble diagnosis with different control (e.g. Fanuc CNC, Mitshubishi PLC)               available in CNC/ SPM machine.
  •  Equipment maintenance of Fanuc Robot, Mitshubishi HMI, VFD, Servo, Basic of hyd. & pneumatics.
  • 2.Must have awareness about ISO9001, ISO14001. 3.Predictive/ Preventive maintenance planning and execution.
  • 4.CBM – Vibration analysis ISO cat 1/NDT level 1 & have knowledge of CBM tool / tech. used for analysis of noise/ vibration/ current trend monitoring & anomaly detection.
  • 5.Spare parts planning – M/C maintenance spares planning. Sound knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Power Point is required for preparing MIS & presentations.
  • Candidates with automobile industry experience are preferred.
