Job Profile
1. Responsible for the major issue of the testing machine exception handling , improve equipment failure rate, retest rate, false test rate, to ensure the continuity of production ; 2. Participate in the commissioning & verification of new introduced equipment, review and summary the major issues of new equipment from trial run to batch running; Improve the stability of the equipment, convenience of maintenance, and efficiency. 3. Responsible for the training of equipment working principle and troubleshooting skill 4. To promote the formation of test station improvement mechanism, improve the failure analysis, statistics, maintenance and other whole process module, make the rules and regulations of test staion and maintenance. 5. Take in charge of equipment inspection and maintenance, make the plan about monthly, quarterly and annual preventive maintenance. Key Skills required 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronics & Telecommunications, computer or other equivalent major, familiar with the communication principle, analog circuits, digital circuits and other related knowledge. 2.More than 2 year experience in electronic product production testing, abnormal analysis. 3.Familiar with the production test process, with mobile phone test tool development or test-maintenance work experience is preferred. 4.Knowledge of engineering and testing procedures. 5.Hands on experience on new model development & Project Management Deep understanding of electronics Component, circuits, equipment function, Measurement Instrument like (8820C, CMW100,CMW500, Power supply, CRO, Multimeter, Rigol GPS Generator , NI power meter) and Sensor. 6.Strong hands on experience on Automation testing including (PLC) & PNEUMATICS System 7.Good knowledge in Why Why-Analysis, PDCA, KAIZEN& Project management, POKA YOKE, 7 QC TOOL, SMED, NPI & NPD, DOE,4M, OEE, Process Capability Analysis, DMAIC, TPM,7S,6 SIGMA Methodologies & Its Tools. 8.Strong communication skills. 9.Being a good team player, Problem Solving, Planning, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Control
