Job Profile
  •  Certified Internal Auditor (IATF 16949-2016, ISO 9001-2015, IS0 14001-2015, ISO 45001-2018).
  •  Responsible for Customer Audit like MSIL, MACE, VSA (14 &19Clauses).
  •  Responsible to implement IMS (Integrated management system).
  •  Responsible for third party Audit like IATF 16949-2016, ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015, ISO 45001-2018.
  •  Responsible for Internal audit (Process Audit / Product Audit / System Audit).
  •  Responsible for supplier Audit & Supplier up gradation.
  •  Identify weak areas in the QMS and develop robust systems based on industry best practices.
  •  Plan & Review of APQP/ PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC Activities.
  •  Complete activities of Maintaining QMS.
  •  Preparation & Review of Quality System Manual & Procedures.
  •  Measuring QMS Health and Management Review.
  •  Follow up for the corrective actions on the pending NC’S from the respective departments.
  •  Handling system Related Issues & taking corrective actions for the same.
  •  Conduct MRM as per plan & consider all agenda points.
  •  Review of coherence of all documents.
  •  Control new development part during initial supply control.
  •  Responsible of SOC Management.
  •  Prepare Supplier score card for supplier.
  •  Review all activities of VSA Audit.
  •  Review In house rejection analysis.
  •  Responsible for CQI Audit (CQI-23,CQI-17).
  •  Maintain customer specific requirements.
